I'm replacing my Gennair electric countertop range and I'm no electrician!?
Fuse box wires out are ground(bare), yellow, white, red(not copper), black, blue(not copper) labelled 14 AWG.
Stove top wires consist of green ground, red (labelled 10 AWG), black. All three are copper wires. Please help me! Do I even need the fuse box, or should I disconnect and wire direct to stove service wire?
I'll try to clarify, I'm replacing electric for electric. The Gennair, of coarse had a downdraft, grill, etc. The new range is alot simpler....such, the wiring is simpler! If I could draw a picture I would. I'm no electrician but I'm not totally clueless. My breaker is off on main house power panel.

You need to hire a qualified, licensed electrician; as you say, you are not and that should be all you need to know.
It is not worth trying to save a few bucks while endangering your family and your home.
Some of the #14 AWG conductors left from the existing installation may be for control or vent wiring; I have never seen an electric cook top that was listed for use on a 15 Ampere circuit, which is the maximum you can use #14 AWG conductors for. If, as you say, some conductors are "not copper", they must be aluminum. The NEC has regulations regarding the smallest size aluminum conductors that may be installed (see Table 310.16), and these may have to be changed, as well.
The conductors on the stove (#10 AWG) must be supplied from a (maximum of a) 30 Amp circuit. The NEC also requires a neutral (white or gray insulated) conductor for an electric cooking appliance. In new installations, they must be supplied by a 4-wire circuit. On older homes, where it is not possible or practical to change to a 4-wire circuit, a three wire installation is still permitted; but the factory bond between the neutral and the grounding conductor must be left intact.
