viewed a show-apartment today with the usual bed settees tables etc?
now they are saying as its a show home and if you dont need or want rid of some of the furniture lamps etc. we will remove them. now they have rang to say would like it unfurnished at a lower rent. what is going on? ok we hated the bistro table and chairs and are not bothered about the coffee tables . but are we being conned?
You need to speak to the agents, and get him to clarify exactly what is included in the rent,and the rent, in writing. Then decide if that is acceptable for you. Don't give a deposit or any money until you have this confirmed. if the property is fully furnished, then removing a lot of furniture should reduce the rent substantially.
