when racing should i use the o/d on my 99 automatic transmission infiiniti?
i have a 99 infiniti i30. theres a switch on the gear shifter that say o/d. if i wanted to accelerate fast from a complete stop. should i click the button so on my dash it illuminates saying o/d off or should i just leave it alone?
keep it off, once it goes to over drive the rpm,s are going to drop on it,you need high rpm,s to win a race not low rpm,s and good fuel economy,make it so that it shows it to be off,and be safe about street racing,you get caught its probably goint to cost you your drivers licesne,good luck.
