Approximately How much are gauges/ or an ear gauge starter kit?
I'm starting with a size 16.My ears are already pierced.
How much is the kit,or each individual pair of gauges?
And also how much will a size 16 gauge hurt when I put it in?
Ignore ignorant people, they will size back down if you stop stretching your earlobes at the general size of a 2 or 0. I have a size 6 in right now, but I automatically went to a size 10, everyone's different. I didn't really used a kit but I buy my gauges from Spencers and Hottopic, Spencer's is a little cheaper though. I prefer metal tapers and plugs but those are a little more costly.
It's not going to hurt if you take a shower, bath or soak your earlobes in warm water before you put it in.
P.S. They aren't really called "gauges" That's just the size. They're called tapers, plugs, or whatever type they are. A little research goes a long way.
