Taking courses in the Criminal Justice field can be a great way to enhance the skills you have and develop those you need. how do I PROPERLY wire a "armored connector" with bx cable?
i'm trying to connect a PS515CACC20 15A125V Armor Connector to bx cable. I don't know which wire goes where and how to properly terminate it.

The BX cable has red, black and white wires, along with a really thin bare wire coming out of the armored casing. Did I buy the wrong cable for the plug?
The plug comes apart with the screws in the face plate. Wire the black wire to the gold terminal, white wire to the silver terminal and the green or bare wire to the green or that hole terminal in the top center.
